ABOUT DR. VIRGINIA NOY



DR. Noy is a clinical PSYCHOTHERAPIST with extensive experience treating anxiety, panic, and relationship patterns that interfere with emotional well-being. Her style is warm,attentive, and collaborative. She prioritizes depth and clarity, helping clients betterunderstand themselves so they can make meaningful and lasting change.
Her work incorporates evidence-based approaches—such as cognitive and behavioral
therapy, relational and attachment-based models, and mind–body techniques—tailored to each individual’s needs. Clinical hypnosis for anxiety and panic is also integrated to help clients calm their nervous system, interrupt automatic patterns, and feel more in control.
